Simply the best Thai food on Ko Phangang and all of Thailand. Proper home cooked Thai.
We came to Ying Ying's 3 years ago and since coming back after covid we found out she had moved. Well worth the hike to find her.

Ying Ying’s is a secret gem on the island.
Ying is a one woman show but worth the wait trust me.
Authentic menu cooked the traditional way.

Delicious food!
And she comes an ask "is food okay?"
We wanted to say "this is better than any Wok we ate in Europe, it is not okay, it is amazing!"
Anyways, probably one of the best food you can get for 150 baht each

One of the best food we’ve ever had so far. Fair prices and big portions.
We had the stir fried mushrooms with cashews and red curry.
Really yummy!
Highly recommended!

Our favorite thai food place on the island! We had the pad see ew and a cocunt soup, both were amazing and full of flavor! Very reasonably priced too.
Perfect place for vegetarians and vegans, there is almost always a tofu/veggie option. You can also ask for your preferred spice level, so whether you prefer mild or hot, you can have it your way.
Perfect place to stop at if you are coming back from Mae Haad.

Best food on the island! Book the dinner table during the day, as it gets crowded fast. Also, book the fish plate for 4 persons a day in advance. you will not regret it. amazing food, good staff, cold Chang beer :)
