Luxury bungalows on the beach. Restaurant, bar and some times DJ's. Generally a good vibe and beautiful sunset drinks and cocktails available here.

Great atmosphere, the owners are super friendly, strong drinks, and good food. They even upgraded us to a bungalow for free. The view from the pool to the ocean is amazing. The bungalow itself is very clean, and comes with a California king size bed. Great price if you book on Agoda but even the normal prices are very reasonable.

So, first of all, our “deluxe room” did NOT look deluxe at all. We did not even have beach towel or soap. The room looked like a prison. A hole in the bathroom floor. We checked out early because we could not possibly stay. We were promised our money back for the EXPENSIVE room, the last 2 nights. This was in the middle of February. We have asked them to give us the money back 3 times. Every time they have promised us to transfer the money but then of course no money. So here we are, no money back even tough we have asked them so many times. We are so disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awesome place to chill on ban tai beach. Rose is amazing owner she even let me DJ for a bit when I requested a song. Great views for sunset pictures and awesome cocktails. Decent price for cocktails at 180 bahts. The beach view from this bar is awesome.

Hansa is a beautiful resort! The bungalows are very comfortable and clean, the beds are new and wonderful to sleep on. The beach side view is fabulous at sunset but the hallmark is truly the food and service from the hansa team! Keep up the awesome work, what a great experience!

Wonderfull location. As first place to stay in Koh Phangan it was great.
At the same time — breakfast was boring, expensive and staff was less welcoming, comparing to other places in Thailand.
Room facilities was worn out — low pressure in shower, almost cloaked sink. Very loud air conditioning system. Also — even there are no guests, they was playing loud music at night — perhaps, to justify “beach bar” mention in resorts name.

I Tried to call them for 2 days in a row and no answer! I booked a room and charged for 2 nights. After a couple of hours, I received a message from them through Agoda App - that all rooms are full!!!! And I still got charged for the 2 nights!!!!!!! Nobody to talk to. So disappointed and mad. I don’t know what to do. The only thing I DO know is- DON’T GO THERE!!!!! Gonna share this story through social media with all my friends who travel to Thailand often.
