LEXY Pancakes

The first time I was at lexxy pancakes was in 2015 or 2016. I had the best burger of my life there and couldn't wait to come back. In 2019 I was there again and I was so happy that it was still incredibly high quality and it continued to be a damn good burger.
In early 2022 I was back on Koh Phangan and painfully realized that it had closed due to the COVID pandemic. When I was able to meet her anyway, she told me that she might reopen in the next few months. I took her at her word and came back in July. Unfortunately, her store was still closed! I saw her watering flowers and approached her about it. She is an incredibly sweet person and invited me and my friend to come for a burger the next day. I didn't want to inconvenience her, but she insisted. Since she didn't want me to pay for the burger, but I really wanted to pay, we played rock paper scissors. Unfortunately, lexxy won. We had a priceless burger and I would advise everyone on Koh Phangan to eat at her place. She really loves to make burgers and you can taste it! In addition, she is a very sweet sympathetic person. Her store is across the street from Echo Backpacker Hostel.
I can't wait to come back to Koh Phangan again, especially for a lexxy.

Awesome crepes. Crispy on the outside and tasty on the inside. Very nice lady who makes them. Takes a bit of time as everything in Thailand but worth the wait.

Don’t even have a taste of beef
And costumer services is same like the taste
But French fries is good

Lexy makes the best pancakes on the island. Her place is open in the nighttime only as she caters mostly to people who need a bite after coming home from a party. The Nutella, peanut butter u0026 banana pancake is my favorite.
I have never tried the burgers as I don’t eat meat but everyone who did says they are amazing and really cheap, too. Hopefully she will offer veggie burgers soon, too. I would instantly buy them ????. Another suggestion would be to replace the “mayonnaise”, which is actually very sweet salad cream, with actual mayonnaise. Still 5 stars for the pancakes and because Lexy is such a sweet person.

This is the best burger I've had since leaving home. At 100 baht, it couldn't come at a better price.

Fresh lettuce and tomatos, as well as grilled onions and a homemade sauce make Lexi's burger absolutely delicious. I plan on going back time and time again while on Koh Phan Gnan.

Lexi is also the sweetest woman!
