Really great from start to finish. Great bungalows, basic but when you consider the price for the area and with a sea view we were never left wanting more! The onsite restaurant provides delicious home cooked style food that is again reasonably priced for the area. Both restaurant and hotel staff are lovely and help to make the experience a tryely great one. Would recommend to anyone on a bit of a budget looking for a well located accommodation at a reasonable price and we would most certainly return

Marina restaurant on the beach is very good, wide selection ja very nice service! The beach right in front is rocky, but it only takes a few hundreds meter walk to get to the perfect Long Beach. The bungalows are cosy, but be aware of no air conditioning.

The path from The main road to Marina resort is modest and didn't seem to lead anywhere, but keep walking ;)

I am not sure if I stayed at the right place according to the reviews. It was everything but what I saw on pictures/on the booking site.
Low season is understandable for things to be a little slow or being repaired,but not to the degree where bacic huts are still overpriced for what you get.

The owner was friendly but that didn’t make up for the disappointing stay there.

I booked a few days prior, but when I arrived my room was a disaster. Lights not working, dirty toilet seat and a massive fire of junk burning infront of our bungalow all day (why they couldn’t do it on a different place...)
Also had paid for a breakfast with the booking just to be told there wasn’t any. As her restaurant was closed during low season, but never stated so on the website, that was a main reason for staying there as I only read good reviews.The owner however made a plan to serve us toast and coffee....

During a heavy rainfall most days it wasn’t easy getting back to the bungalow because of heavy floods and there being no lights.

I was very disappointed in this stay.

I m only giving it so many stars because of the wonderful family in charge of the restaurant. they were very warm and friendly and the food delicious.
but I did not appreciate the receptionist/administrator as she offered no support in getting a reasonably priced tuk tuk. also one of the girls in charge of the reception spoke NO english, which I found quite annoying - had to rely on google translate to ask for my room to be cleaned. no chance to get a price for renting a bike, had to go to another place.
the bungalows themselves are ok for this type of accommodation but you need to be ok with lots of noise. you hear EVERYTHING all the time and the bars around have music until late at night. they only get cleaned if you ask.

Lovely place to stay. The only negativ for us was the noise at night because you can hear everything in bungalows. We realy loved restaurant, everything we had was delicious and staff is super nice.

Very nice food, good atmosphere and priced in a reasonable way. Good for kids also, space to play and good food for them like the fried squid, spaghetti, french fries etc

We where only in the restaurant but the houses the have in the resort also looked nice, very eco and with a lot of space and green.

The bungalow is full of holes and mice. The windows are not covered with glass, they are just big holes that allow insects to come in freely and they also put a table next to the "windows" so that anyone can take our stuff.
