Thank you for providing our family with a wonderful Phuket holiday experience.

The hotel featured great facilities for beachside dining and access to a fully equipped gym. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean and ensured the safety of staff and guests.

Despite Covid and the visitor protocols in place, the hotel has resumed most of the expected services of a 5 star resort quickly and provided a clean and safe environment.

Kamala district was a new experience for us and will be a popular location due to the quality of the beach and surrounding businesses and attractions.

Our villa was spacious, modern and met our expectations for a relaxing and well overdue stay.

This property is absolutely among the very best I've ever stayed. It's only opened right before covid caused it to close, so the property felt new, but the staff was experienced, and the ground offered incredible nature landscaping.

I stayed in an incredible villa with a swim-up pool and a private jacuzzi. Extremely well appointed room with every amenity carefully thought out. Great bathtub for a soak. Fast wifi for work. Comfortable did and chair for relaxing inside, and a huge lounger for two outside.

The restaurants are all high quality, I are at the beach bar twice, brick oven pizza the first time and ordered from another onsite restaurant menu the second. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was courteous and genuine.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. Stay here.

Beautiful hotel. Great mixture of Thai traditional designs u0026 modern architecture. Excellent variety in breakfast buffet. Had an issue with double booking u0026 had to cancel u0026 ask for refund but the concierge was unwilling to assist. For the pricing of this level of accommodation was expecting cooperation u0026 first class service, start to finish. The staff overall was extremely courteous and helpful but just takes one staff member to kind of ruin an otherwise pleasant experience. Definitely a worth while place to visit. Hope that future staff members (concierge) are better trained in mindfully accommodating their guests.

My experience during this stay was outstanding. The property is new, clean, comfortable and kept in an excellent condition. The staff were impeccable and totally working together across different departments. You never had to repeat your request twice and each staff had a basic understanding of English you didn't have to struggle to explain yourself.

Food at the different restaurants were also good as with the massage. You literally do not need to leave the hotel if you are here for a short weekend.

Places for improvement - it would be nice to have seating areas at the ground floor of each hotel block with a phone service to wait for the buggy or wait for house cleaning to be done. It would also good to have cozy shaded seating areas throughout the estate as well instead just at the reception block or beach side.

The property is split between mountain side and beach side with a tunnel connecting the section, this broke up the seamlessness of the property. I think they attempt to be as wheelchair friendly as possible and offering buggy service for those who cannot walk much or climb stairs. However, the strange thing is that though there are handles and steps into the pool, there are steps without handles before getting into the pool area (with the beach side pool only offering a step free access).

I totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Excellent. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was always helpful and kind. Breakfast was good and many different choices, although it can get very crowded at rush hours. There are 5 swimming pools to choose (one for members only), all were very nice and spacious. Some rooms have direct access to the pool, and the villas have their own. By the Pine bar, there's also access to the beach. The restaurants were also good. The Pine beach bar was excellent and the staff was marvelous. There is music and event during the weekend. Don't expect too much from the gym, but the spa service is good. You can ask for a pickup with their electric cars.

Amazing stay. The private pool villa was our favourite. We tried 3 rooms due to availability of booking throughout our stay during Thai new year. The staff were so lovely, friendly and accomodating. The grounds and the rooms are very beautiful and new. We very much enjoyed the beautiful spa, the beach, the pools, the bar and the 24 hour menu and buffet breakfast. The fruit is so flavoursome. The air conditioning is very comfortable and the beautiful bath tubs are a treat. Coffee and tea and little treats in our room. Bath salts, bath kits etc. We had the best stay and wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you to the wonderful staff who so kindly looked after us.

Beautiful hotel with amazing Spa!
The service is outstanding and each and every one from the stuff members will welcome you with a blessing anytime they see you during the day.
The beach side had great pool and tasty food at the beach restaurant.
The room cleaner notice that my daughter had birthday cause she saw the balloons in the room and at evening time we got special cake to the room - you guys are so amazing, what else you can ask for when any employee is taking care and doing the extra mile for you to have the best time at your vacation!
