Had a wonderful stay here. The staff was excellent and very friendly. They provided me with a beach towel for the different tours I was doing and the food was delicious. The room is clean and spacious, a little balcony overlooks the pool area, then you walk into the living room with a desk, couch, coffee table and huge tv. The bathroom was nice and clean, plenty of (huge) towels and toilet paper. The water temperature and pressure can vary during your shower, but I suppose that’s to be expected. The bedroom has another desk/shelf and a smaller tv, huge comfortable bed and comfy pillows. The pool area looked great, though I didn’t spend any time there. It’s a very easy walk over to Kamala Beach which is gorgeous and lots of great options for food and souvenirs. Definitely recommend!!

It was a bad experience staying here. Food was very bad. No vegetarian options in the morning buffet. Staff wasn't courteous specially the front office manager. Her attitude towards guests was really bad. Location was quite remote. Staff wasn't helpful.we had to call thrice for water bottles which we got after waiting 4 hrs. Only plus point was the room.it was nice and clean.

Hotel Swissôtel Resort Phuket Kamala Beach situated near Kamala Beach At Phuket.

Nicely Maintained .... Clean.. Hygiene and big rooms. Nice And Clean A very Big Pool ... Game Room... Theater Room ... and other Many Good Amenities to enjoy .... Fast Room Service . Good Place situated out side the city .. area is less crowded so ... nice to have relaxed vacation...

Good for kids to .... Game Zone .. pool .... Movie Theater to enjoy..

A very nice medium sized hotel with large pool and a slide.
Room are big and beds are typical thai bed( little harder) we spent 5days here just after the restrictions opened up so very quiet and great for families. Located on the northern end of kamala beach so it's little remote but... that seriously does not matter.
Really like this place and will probably revisit.

Very nice stay. Specially the pool and the courtesy of the staff. Special mention to the receptionist Hana. She answered all our queries with a beautiful smile.

Worst hoteling experience of my life...currently staying in hotel...the hotel staff is nowhere to be seen in the campus....cusomer need to pick things from reception on his own....rooms not cleaned when we were out.....soiled plates from dinner overnight outside the room not picked for whole day..they are still at same place for 2nd night. Requested for service through room phone 5-6 times, personally told at reception 2 times, but the service was not provided for whole day.
We looked for hotel staff in the whole campus...reception counter is empty for.

A Great idyllic hideaway, comfy and peaceful sanctuary within walking distance to the best beach, Kamala.
Nice pool if you don't want to stroll to the beach.

Large room with kitchenette equipped with microwave oven.

Noisy AirCon in rooms.
Slow WiFi and very dated TV, beware of mosquitoes and cockroaches infestation in room that will craw into your luggage.

Tasty meals, but due to CoViD19 restrictions limited to AlaCarte breakfast.
Friendly crew at breakfast, P Kit stands out!

Without warning on 7th Feb, water and electricity was cut.
Sigh
