Very friendly staff. The breakfast was plentiful and catered for all tastes. The pool was great and surrounding areas really tidy and clean. Our room was a good size the bed was comfortable. It was great to have a bath in the bathroom, however the bath towels definitely need updating as they were thin and greying! That's the only small gripe otherwise we found this hotel to be fantastic value for money and in a super location within a short walk to town centre.

Pros - Check-in was a breeze with very friendly reception staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. We booked a Thai training session and the instructor was very good and gave us a great workout. We had daily buffet breakfast and the spread was wonderful.

Cons - Would prefer the lighting in the bathroom to be brighter. Also, would be great if there were complimentary slippers provided.

Fantastic place! After a long backpacking journey with different quality of hotels and hostels we decided to have some luxury our last few days in Thailand, and Deevana did not disappoint! Clean, spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds, great facilities such as the pool and gym. Also, they have daily free activities you can join such as yoga, Thai boxing, water polo etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them! Breakfast buffet was also delicious and with a huge variety in foods. Totally recommend!

My husband and I travelled with our 4 grown children, partners and 2 grandchildren staying in 5 deluxe pool view rooms and we loved it! The staff at Deevana Plaza are amazing and friendly and so helpful with anything you might need or request. The service in all areas of the hotel was just fantastic, we had massages at Orientala Spa that were perfect and tranquil, we had all you can eat buffets at Phuket Cafe that were exquisite. The staff became our friends and we can’t wait to return to this glorious hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily to the highest standard, the Pool Bar is the best place to spend your days, swimming and eating and drinking whilst receiving the best service possible. We cannot say a bad word about this amazing resort and have told all our friends and extended family that they must stay here whenever in Thailand. Thank you Deevana Plaza for making our holiday so unforgettable.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The location and design of the hotel is great, the room was comfortable, reasonably quiet and perfectly fit what we needed and the pool was a great place to relax in the afternoon. Breakfast was great as well and we didn't get bored of it for the 8 days we stayed. But the thing that impressed us the most, was the friendliness of the staff! They were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel also offers some activities. We had the romantic dinner and were blown away by the unbelievably beautiful 4 course meal on the rooftop terrace.
There are some issues with the cleaning schedule (which was easily changed for us upon request) and the shower in our room was less than ideal (we just used the bathtub's shower instead) but this is the only very minor criticism I can possibly come up with.

Overall, we highly enjoyed the stay and can whole-heartedly recommend Deevana Plaza!

Excellent Hotel, beautiful n clean environment and courteous staff. Couldn't have asked for more. The Hotel has beautiful Pool, kid's play area, Oriental Spa with reasonable rates for most sought Thai massage and a great Cafe. The hotel is four steps away from Hard Rock Cafe and just 10-15 min (if you are a slow one...I covered in just 7) walk away from the Patong Beach. If you are looking for a Sea View ...you won't get one but I fully enjoyed my stay as it is not that far away.

This place is a best one to stay in Phuket. We got an upgrade... rooms were nice and had all the amenities of a nice property... even baskets and umbrellas along with kettle, toiletries and a good view. Pool was nice, clean and well-maintained. The staff was quite prompt and courteous. This was topped with food... Breakfast buffet is a lavish one and had various veg options. I would definitely stay again.
