Worn down, Rats running between pots by the pool, Very few outlets in the room, Only light in room is in the ceiling with switch by the door and Safe not working properly. They called it a superior room. Management overpriced one extra night after already promised other price and also staying here for 11 nights. Overall poor quality. Very busy liqueur distributer just outside, business going on 24/7.
Too bad... Could have been a nice place!

Disgusting! We had booked 1 week, but at arrival we understood that we could not even stay for one night. It smelled bad, even outside the hotel, The "pool" area was dirty, room smelled like mould and rotten fish, it was just awful! Luckily we managed to Get 2 rooms at another hotel nearby, more expensive, but SO worth it. The only positive ting was the girls that worked there, they were understanding and we got out of the reservation without having to pay anything.

\the hotel staff were so friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and close to all interested places and activities.

The hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Very small but lovely swimming pool. Children enjoyed it everyday.

The owner of the hostel is very nice and I would recommend this hotel for families and those who loves cosy hotel.

Located next to what seems to be a drainage channel. The staff I've met we're unprofessional. No hot water in the shower. Reserved a twin room, got king size bed which actually turned out to be two small beds pushed together but the concept of separating them proved very challenging to the staff. There's a pile of snacks in the room, not sure if complimentary or not but it will included an open box of pocky wth.
It's liveable enough and a reasonable walk from most things in patong but the issues above really bring down the experience.

Fine for lady guest

It was overall good stay they gave us room upgrade without additional charge however I don like they fine for lady guest at night about 500 THB though they didn't mention it at time of check in so people trying to have some company at night be ready to pay 500 additional

Good place for cheap money..
The hotel is in a quiet good location, the view from our room wasn't too good, but better then most we had..
Also the check in took us not even a minute and the staff was friendly.
And to the recention under me..
The shower in my room is, if I want to boiling hot with a really good pressure..

I stayed overnight with my young son. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. The location of this hotel is excellent and very strategic. In fact the people are very keen to assist in any way possible. I look forward to going back.
