Close to the beach and not surrounded by people trying to sell you stuff. The swimming pool is a huge bonus. The place was very social and met some really cool people there. I stayed on the 4th floor and it was really quiet and had the most comfortable bed of my 5 week trip in Thailand. The room was a little out dated but affordable. Wifi had to be rebooted a couple times. Great staff. I would stay again for sure.

Considering how very affordable this place is, it's really quite nice! Located on a quiet side street with a 10 minute walk to the beach. Small but nice pool, simple but clean and comfortable rooms with fridge, tv and dvd-player. I would highly recommend getting a windowless room since they're much more quiet than the ones with windows! Truly a nice choice for a budget vacation!

At first sight everything seemed alright: good price, small but nice pool, nice ladies on reception.

But when it came to the late evening when people suppose to sleep.. 11 pm. There was bunch of guys who were drinking in the common area which was right by the room where I was staying. They were making lot of noise speaking loudly, listening to the music. I gave them couple of notices but they didn’t react at all. Most of the places have quite hours policy after 9-10 pm. Lady on the reception was saying nothing to them as well. Later I understand why.

In the morning I asked another lady if that’s gonna be every night like that and if they have any policy for quite hours. She said yes, probably it is gonna be like that cause that’s the OWNER with the family. You must be joking? So it wasn’t even other guests, it was an owner who don’t care about his guests. Place looked quite empty tho, probably I was the only guest, it won’t surprise me with such owner’s attitude.

Avoid that place. I don’t think it gonna last any longer with such attitude of the people who own it.

First and foremost thing is it has a pool, a small one but beautiful. Hosts are amazing and helpful and its i the beds are amazingly comfortable. Its near to the Ao Nang beach and there are a lot of shops near it. There is also a seven eleven nearby. The best thing about location is, there is a small place near it where local vendors sell cooked food. Its delicious and authentic. Overall the experience is nice and warm.

The hotel is built right next to the sewer (looks like a river on the map), and it stinks.

Close walk to the beach (5 mins), and shopping u0026 restaurants (2-3 mins).

The staff were friendly and the small pool was quite clean and well maintained. The rooms were ok and manageable, not great.

Located just walking distance from paying beach and the pub street,all things are accessible within just 200m walk supermarket, food, travel bookings etc..
Nice and clean rooms and they have swimming pool too. If you have budget constraints and you want a good one .

A small but nice quiet hotel with a pool. Very nice helpful staff, and they have a small but clean pool which was nice too. You can also rent a bigger than average motorbike here for a fair price.
