Don't know why this hotel doesn't have better reviews, room was very clean, lighting in room was good. The reception was very nice and helpful. Definitely worth the money. The provide beach towels which is nice. If you want to rent a car in Phuket, the Orange car Phuket is the only option(quickly found in google)

Location is good as you can still walk to the beach and is near the Marlin Plaza Market. Surrounding have minimarts and numbers of the local eatery, restaurants, and massage shops. The room was big, with a comfortable bed, hot shower, tv, kettle, working aircon, very good wifi, and fridge with a plus they have a lift in the property. I like the swimming pool on the rooftop if they do serve some drinks and snacks it will be great. Cleanliness can be improved and daily cleaning provided. The reception's guy was very friendly when I check-in. Overall, I paid a good price for the 3 nights stay...We have used the Orange car Phuket (quickly found in google)twice now and have been very satisfied both times.

They put "don't disturb" sign on the door and didn't make up the room. We couldn't put the sign even by mistake simply because we left for excursion early in the morning. Next time they forgot to give us one shower towel. And, of course, they placed us to the way worse hotel for the first night because of the overbooking. They did apologized with complimentary food, but I personally not happy about all that mess anyway.
Beside that everything was OK.

To reach patong beach need around 10-15 min walking distance. Staff are excellent. There are ***y interesting back streets to explore. A lot of shopping mall around the hotel. Bed was super comfortable - none of us wanted to get out of bed the next morning. Room was cleaned spotless everyday.

I will stay here again for sure. The hotel for the most part is kept fairly clean. Every staff member we met gave us a friendly greeting and a smile. The hotel is in a really great location. The location is walking distance to the beach and an easy stroll to the mall.

Close to Patong Beach about ten min walk. The physical surroundings of the hotel was extraordinary. Pool was very refreshing and easy access. Patong is lovely and you can enjoy dining out in a variety of restaurants. Lots of local eateries and bars close by. The staff were probably some of the most friendliest hotel staff.

I really recommend this hotel, the staff is very nice and attentive to our problems ! And the rooms are cool too. Nice localisation, just 10 minutes to the beach and you can find all you want to eat or drink just near the hotel.
