The price is nice but you get what you pay. The room is spacious but is very smelly from the toilet you need to close the the shower hole with something otherwise you will suffer. The staff are weird once they started fighting in front of us. One woman from the staff promised me to rent me motorbike for 250 per day after a while when we were signing the papers she changed her mind and did 300 baht.Of course I refused and found 2 min walk away with 200 bht.
As usual as everywhere in Thailand greedy impolite people who just care how to rip us off

We stayed here already twice the owner is very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated.

Its not a 5 star hotel but the rooms are pretty big, the beds are nice, shower is big and good pressure, you have a small balcony and a fridge in your room and its over all clean. For the cheap price (compared to the center) there is nothing to complain.

Just around the corner is a good motorbike rental company, nice breakfast restaurant, food market, family mart and also a good laundry shop. And opposite the street at golden touch we had one of the best massages in thailand! So everything you need is there, its all in all quiet in the night. you are in 10min by feet in the center and in 5 at the beach (but I would reckon going to karon beach - its way more beautiful there)

Wonderful staff. Always welcomed. Anything you ask for is taken care of promptly. Rooms are clean and well kept.

the hotel is location nearby Patong beach, and ***y other attractions of Phuket (like Bangla street) are also accessible at walking distance. wi-fi is also available in the rooms.

Great experience! Perfect location. Conveniently located next to every thing you could need. Good options for food with a night market right next door .

Seems nice and clean. Not too crowded. Pool billard and bar in first floor.

No 3 star!!! One star maximum! Good geolocation. No even shampoo in bathroom..
