Room clean good size had all the toiletries you would need

I let myself be guided by the reviews of this hotel and actually my partner and I we were fantastically satisfied. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. The staff are very nice. Need a motorbike or a 20 minutes walk to access the main shopping and entertainment area. Excellent value for money.

Appreciated the ***agers taking the time to talk with us. Staff friendly and local eatry and convenience store. All the amenities in the room had a home from home feeling. Significantly, the room is really clean. We will be staying again, and highly recommend to anyone travelling to Patong.

Staff are friendly and trust worthy. Place has air con and is kept in a decent state. Can't go wrong with being here I really enjoyed my stay. Plus the free water and essentially daily always helps!

Location The hotel is about 20 mins walk to Bangla Street and the beach. Bathroom fittings are of worst quality. Right around the corner from the hotel is a mini-mart and a taxi stand as well as a really cheap place for Thai food that makes the best Pad Thai I've ever had.

It's about 20 minutes walk to the Patong beach and if you take a tuk tuk , it will take about 10 mins. Rooms refilled with water everyday and cleaned every day. The staff was helpful. Anywhere we've stayed before honours the original price you paid if you want to extend your stay.

To Jose and staff and especially Oukaramon: Thank you for making our stay at Platinum a memorable and joyful experience. We were using motorbikes mostly to see whole phuket so it was an ideal location for us. Plenty of shops and places to go out around and hardly any time to get bored.
