We stayed here for 3 night and it was the perfect spot for us. Near a busy street in the daytime but quiet in the evening and night. The rooms are clean, modern and the shower is perfect.

The lady at the reception was very helpful with all the questions we've had.

I recommend staying here.

They also have a small pool and diving school in the hotel.

Parking is quite tight around the hotel. The location is perfect for public transport. On the expensive side for someone with a small to medium sized budget. The night shift staff was very humble and friendly. I called the receptionist who quickly send an engineer. We will be going back there.

The owner of the hotel was kind, friendly and very helpful. The beach is 20 minutes walk. Plenty of great street food nearby. There was a shop which rented out bikes for a minimum of a week, but this store rents out per day. The shower was very nice with a large head.

I can say from my heart. The best meeting I ever got from a hotel. The stuff is awesome. I arrived 9 in the morning. I had lost all my stuff on the bus, but it was no proplem. I could to up to the room and rest. Then i did go down and we sorted all out with a bank transfer, the Philippine woman is one of the best person I ever meet. Same as the older thai woman. Helpful and friendly. And offcourse. The room was very clean, fresh and quite. My always stay in patong for sure.

I'd recommend this to everyone who wants to stay in patong with 100$ a day. The best part was how they drove me and my travelling companions to the Tiger Kingdom and gave me a discount on my shuttle to the airport. The room was well appointed with anything we might need.

Me and my friend made our licence for the PADI open water dive at Anda*** Divers and stayed in the Anda*** house for those days. The staff was very helpful. Had a great time smoking and chit chatting with my friend and room were cleaned daily. Would love to go back there.

Nice room, everything new, smell fresh, limited car parking space, friendly staff, flat screen TV, refrigerator, hot shower, air conditioned. You still can hear Road traffic noise even at 3am. Hotel Internet connection very poor, buy dtac sim cars 199 bhat for 1 week Internet. Very busy road, but still I can get thru with my car that I drove from Kuala Lumpur along this busy road. Halal food and masjid not very far, around 7 minutes walking distance, near masjid you can find Self service laundry at 30 baht per load. Pay like budget hotel in Malaysia but you get 5 star room. Value for money.
