We have been coming here for over 15 years , so naturally I’d give 5 stars. We have had some good holidays here as the place is convenient to the beach. Can leave your shoes here and walk. Great spot for families wanting a quite spot and to take the kids to the beach easily. Walk to the main road and grab a tuk tuk to the night market or centre of town for BHT100. Can walk 100m over main road and you will be in Market Village shopping centre , where you can enjoy a tasty and cheap smorgasbord of Thai food in the centres ground level eatery with dozens of selections. Go to the cinema or simply walk round the vast selection of shops. This property ticks all our boxes for a central place and fond memories of holidaying in Hua Hin.

Nice little hotel. Room was clean, tidy and well equipped. The hotel also has a restaurant and the food was really amazing! It's about 2 min walk from the beach and in the other direction 1 min to a lot of cafes and a 7-Eleven. Over all I can highly recommend this place.

Location is superb, only 2 mins away from the beach, very nice white sand beach too. Room and facility are old but comfortable. Over all for this price and location, it’s unbeatable

Nice but not luxurious. Clean comfortable and friendly. Fridge in room. Nice balcony. Room has safe.
European TV channels + English.
I had been booked into their Annex just up the street. I upgraded here when I realized I was on 4th floor of Annex without elevator (lift).
I spent relaxing 4 days here. Pool is not as nice as photos but the nearby beach was much nicer than I expected. There are many nearby restaurants.

Good Rooms. Helpful staff. Location of the hotel is good. Lovely restaurants nearby and can rent motorbike nearby. Beach is close too. Overall very good. Recommended

We had booked for 4 nights checked out in one , only bonus Booking.com were amazing and prompt refunded the additional nights.
