I stayed for 7 or 8 days in April 2019. The location is convenient to the beach, about 150 meters away. Clean rooms with a typically friendly Thai staff that kept the refrigerator well supplied with bottle water. The daily maid service kept the bed made and room tidy. I was there at the end of tourist season and rates were deeply discounted. Like everywhere in Thailand the room price for long stay farang can be negotiated beforehand. The on premises restaurant food was average for Thailand, but great food is a short stroll away at the entrance to the Soi. A public pool shared by several hotels is near by.

Great hotel. Excellent location, down soi from the beach. The food is very good and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Basic seaside guesthouse. Perfect if your happy with this. Price great value.????

The lady was really moody. She was very friendly on checkin day, but completely forgot who I am on the 2nd day and behaved very cold and rude. She was not helping on my parking request, the Soi was narrow. So if you drive, be careful.

This is a great hotel. The value for money is unmatched. The staff were really genuine and friendly. I recommend this hotel highly and hope to stay there regularly. Thanks for a great stay!!!!

Well, when we checked in and we were escorted to our room which was at the top floor. The first impression was "Oh No". Cause that was not the room we were expecting and that room was never in the picture of the guest house. It was a small room with a low roof.

The air conditioner wasn't working as well. The we contact the staff and they gladly upgraded our room without any charges. We were given a big room at the first floor which a balcony. The room had everything we wanted. The air conditioner was working really good.

The hotel is near the beach... just at 3 minutes walking distance. Though the swimming pool is outside the hotel and it's a community swimming pool that means the other hotels or guest houses guests in the same street could also use it. There are restaurants at and near hotel. Other tourist attractions are not very far from the property. We had to go from Hua Hin to Pattaya after checkout..

There is a fast ferry service introduced from this year. It's very fast if you want to get to Pattaya, you would reach Pattaya in just 2 hours. That ferry pier is not very far from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. You can also hire motor cycles from next door hotels.

A modest hotel. Great value price wise, close to the beach, and the mall is almost as close too. To rent a tuk tuk and other transportation is available also.
