you get what you paid for 3 star lodge. location is good. this price during long weekend is acceptable and reasonable. initially i gave it 4 star i have to adjust it to 5 star because breakfast is good. it is often that you cannot expect any good breakfast from 3 star local lodge. i will definitely revisit this place in the next trip.

Very hard to sleep in cabins. The neighbour cabins have lights that shine directly into your windows. Staff told us that they are permitted until 11pm.

Not great for people with kids or who want to sleep after a long journey.

The veranda lode is quite dated, need a good TLC. The bungalows facing eachother, less privacy. Every day clean towels, wich was nice.
Most of all the staf hardly visible and those who were, not really friendly, some correct, some real incorrect ( special at breakfast area).
Left 1 day earlier then scheduled, even that they
not interested why....
The most nice persons in here were the security guys.
The location was perfect, all things on walking distance.

Water heater not working properly. Hot for awhile, then no more hot water. Water pressure Low too.

Worst part; they off the water supply nearing 12pm. Leaving me and my family with all thr sand on body. Have to go reception bang table before they on water: what are they thinking of to off thr water supply nearing 12pm? Super zzzzz

Went for sunset dinner. Good food, great ambience with the sound of the sea

On March 19, I wrote to the hotel asking if they had rooms and at what price. The next day I drove to Hua-Hin, but the hotel did not respond 24 hours later. Unfortunately, it is far from a rarity in Thailand.

The parking attendant tried to reject me as everything was busy. What does a parking attendant know about it? I continued though. Yes, there was a vacant bungalow, however, it could not be taken over until in 2 hours, and the price was 2,500, which is quite a nice price for the bungalow, no view and no sunlight could enter the room, which looked ok.

These have been good times for Hua-Hin again ....

There are 2 types of seats : inside for hotel customers and outside (40 degrees) for restaurant customers...you should inform customers in advance about this non-sense policy. You can disrespect customers during songkran holidays because you are full, after songkran it will be a different story...
