This place has been opened since 1932. We went at noon and were literally their first customers. So if you want to skip the crazy queue at night, go for lunch.
Ordered their stuffed crab shell, green curry roasted pork and stirred fried morning glory.
The crab shells were stuffed full with pork and crab meat filling, coated with egg and then deep fried. The filling was dry and it took a bit of effort to pry them out of the shell. Taste was good but I had better in Kemaman Malaysia.
The green curry roasted pork was not too spicy like most green curries. I wish the pork skin could be more crispy.
The surprise of the day was the morning glory. An unimpressive dish but they managed to serve it just right. Not over cooked and the stems were crunchy even at the end.
Lunch was Baht510 which was okay.
