A Grab order from this branch. They delivered me this pitiful latte instead of a caramel macchiato. Note the absence of foam and caramel drizzles. When I complained to Grab, Starbucks claimed that my order was correct, preventing me from getting a refund. This branch is incompetent and dishonest.

I don’t understand why the prices in these stores are the same in Thailand as America. Surely the staff aren’t paid U.S. wages along with the prices of water, electric and real estate.

Good coffee. Very friendly staff. Efficient. Did not try their food but looked really good. They have cakes and savoury snacks such as pies and croissants. Again, big ups to the staff. Impressed.

Wow even Starbucks can't stop there being a fresh sewerage smell as you walk in the door. Welcome to Thailand third world plumbing standards. Coffee is the same everywhere, flat boring, predictable. Cheerful service and nice areas to sit

My most favourite Starbucks in the world. Outside seating is great, service excellent, all the staff are friendly and very helpful. I love the staff ask me if I want my usual order the moment I walk in the door. Always nice little inspiring messages on the drink cup.
