Excellent hotel. The building is attractive with excellent views and clean facilities. The rooms are big and in perfect conditions, with a very comfortable bed and a small balcony. The swimming pool of the top floor is amazing, a very nice place to relax after am active day. Great place if you plan to visit the water park, totally recommended.

This hotel is well run with excellent service. A few reviews mentioning the price, but you have to remember you are getting into the water park for free for days which is a huge benefit also they let two kids stay for free, also a good benefit. The breakfast buffet was excellent, plenty of options. The sky walk on 27th floor was great as was the infinity pool on 26th floor. As for the rooms, the balcony is spacious with a child safe high railing, bed was high quality, bathroom great and clean with hairdryer for the wife, small coffee tea section with mini fridge also good. Reading lights in bed a nice touch and quality body wash and shampoo nicer than other hotels. Housekeeping set up a small bed for my son which was excellent service. The room towels were a bit like hospital towels though, could be better. Plenty of parking out front. Some reviews complain about 3 pm check in, but come at 12 pm, leave stuff in car, and go to the water park (has lockers) for a few hours then you can miss any busy time, check in at 4 or 5 pm and go out for dinner. You can charge food and drink at the park to your hotel room so no need to carry cash or cards. Overall, when you consider 3 people are getting the water park free for two days at least this place is a good deal and perfect if you have kids.

Always an amazing experience. We had a few problems while staying here this time and not only did they make up for it by upgrading our room, they also went out of their way to make my son feel special for his birthday. In fact, this was his second birthday in a row spent at this hotel and water park. He loves it and so do the rest of us.

Great hotel. Location is very good, next to a water park called Vana Nava. Price is a bit high, but well worth it. Service is good, and decorations are good. Really liked the Vana Nava water park. Overall, I give it a 95/100, which is 5 star.

I think you should visit this place, and definitely try out the water park!!!!

- Amazing service! All the hotel staff treated us very very well from arrival till check out.
- Rooms were quite spacious with panoramic view of the beach and mountain behind.
- Breakfast food selection was very wide and tasted great
- Interior design was very modern. Very pleasing to the eyes

-First time to stay at this place, great experience for kids.
-Breakfast is good arrangement for this epidemic situation
-Room is good clean however, there were no any bath towels to be used upon check-in. Also, no additional toilet papers. We had only one roll for 4 people and for the whole stay (3 days and 2 night).
-Drinking water was added from 2 to 4 bottles for 2nd day which is very good caring
-Check-in took longer than normal but totally understandable for holidays
-Service staffs are good as always
-House keeping is OK but should make sure for hand wash/shampoo/conditioner fulfilled for next check-in

Nice hotel and great rooms - the breakfast buffet is great too; with loads of choice...
Quite a way out of central Hua Hin, which is a bit of a shame and my only negative would be the long wait for drinks in the Sky Bar (and it wasn't even that busy)!

Would definitely stay again though, especially as you can use the water park next door as guests of the hotel... ????
