Every time I’m in Hua Hin my wife and I come to La Botte for tasty Italian food. This time around when we went there we saw a business for sale sign by owner.

We were a bit shocked as every time we were eating there previously they always had customers.

My wife and I always order the usual, a margherita pizza, spaghetti bolognese for me a spaghetti vongole for my her plus a Caesar salad. Only thing off this time was the pizza. It had little tomato sauce and the pizza crust was undercooked. Which wasn’t like that before. So maybe it’s just and off night for the chef.

I’d still go back though as service and food is good. I never wrote a review for La Botte before but I’m writing one now to support this business and hope the current owner can stay around longer to keep up the great work.

Ordered pizza and tuna salad here, pizza from wooden oven was really delicious.
The portion of salad was generous and fresh like in Italy.

Very delicious food. We ordered margarita pizza and mix seafood pizza. They were amazing. The mushroom soup was ok. Garlic bread was ok as well.

It is specialised in Italian food. The owner attitude is very good and the restaurant atmosphere is good.

Went there with the kids. Good pizza and pasta. Very nice owner and staff. Prizes are appropriate. Nice garden with pizza oven

Super fine staff and great place, we got buy 1 and get one free, so we had enough food for later that day. Good way to save some money and the pizzas were good!

Great place, been here for a second time. Seems like it's owned by the real Italian guy. Everything was perfect. Only thing is lamb was shire on a pan instead of grilled, so it become extremely greasy

On google maps we saw that the restaurant was close to our hotel so we decided to go for dinner there. However, there's many restaurants along the way that's not on Google Maps. Upon arriving, the place was quite empty but we took a table anyways because we wanted to try the food. the menu is very extensive, so we ordered a few things.

Garlic bread. lacking in garlic and flavor, but good crunchy consistency. 2/5
Pesto pasta. Very disappointing. Basically it's pasta rolled around in green sauce, no substance no garnish. It was over seasoned and very salty and doesn't taste like basil, but a local knockoff. Texture of the pasta was done well. 2/5
Pizza. Lacking in tomato sauce, it was dry and non existent, and so was the cheese. 2.5/ 5

Maybe their other menu items are delicious, but I don't think we will be visiting La Botte again.
