Great experience. We rent 2 touring bikes for 10 days. The communication beforehand was smooth, our emails were answered quickly, and the team was very accommodating with our requests.
The bikes were ready on time, and great quality (brand new Trek 520!). Would definitely recommend them!

The ' engineer ', Bu is a people's person who speaks reasonable English.
