One of the finest experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and felt healthfully welcomed. Our room was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The meals for these 3 days are very nice and unique. All activities here are excellent which keeping my 3 days very healthful. The resort staff was exceptional in all aspects and in every encounter we had. No electronic devices allowed outside your room so this place is quite and more private.

A special thanks to Khun Krod, he made our stay all the more special with his kindness and dedication to providing a superior customer service experience. It was a pleasure meeting and communicating with him during our stay. Very Happy and I am ready to back to Bangkok to work.

We thoroughly enjoyed an invigorating and full week at Chiva-Som! Everything at this luxurious wellness destination runs like a well oiled machine - you will enjoy state of the art facilities, meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of excellence. From the soothing surroundings to the wellness advisors who help you curate an experience that meets your needs, the seasoned fitness trainers and instructors, the rehabilitation and physiotherapy experts, the therapeutic spa treatments, to the healthy and exceptionally divine cuisine - everyone and everything is designed to support your well being journey. We loved and highly recommend the mindfulness pranayama sessions, daily yoga, and aqua aerobics classes. We walked away feeling revitalized and can easily see how so many guests keep coming back regularly to Chiva-Som. We miss it already!

Extraordinary place to reenergise during the COVID-19 pandemic. Full board meals were incredibly healthy, free range, sustainable and no plastic! The daily health u0026 wellness group classes were brilliantly personalised in the same way as the meals! Exceptional spa u0026 holistic care, gym, pilates studios, etc. Great company and approachable/friendly staff providing world class service. We returned here for a second stay this year and will certainly come back again.

From the moment you arrive and meet the pleasant Thai staff you feel comfortable. Very kind and attentive staff all the way from the reception to the restaurant and spa. Make sure to ask the massage therapist to turn the music off as old and fading glory Spa music is very anoying.

Room size is good, but not very clean, especially bedsheets. Really modern and very large with a huge balcony. The plus side was the hotel itself was quite near to the Sarawak Cultural Village (where the RWMF was held) so we didn't have to worry about transportation. Good value for that rate.

Chiva-Som has the best place to de-stress from the outside world. The staff are trained to be sensitive and makes the bill worth footing. Their medical centre has lots of options if people need various treatments e. Health relaxation yoga fitness facilities food Good consultation guidance on the total program.
