Fab little Vietnamese café with authentic food. Next door to Ibis hotel and much better food cheaper. We popped in, had fresh coconuts, glass noodle soup, betel leaf pork, spring rolls, fresh rolls and steamed rice. Everything delicious, my Vietnamese son in law approved too. Lunch for 5 people was 400 baht £8 and worth every penny. Lovely people, great service.

Couple of quick first impressions while I’m sitting here. I will write a detailed review later.The place is closed on Tuesdays, so I wouldn’t come on a Monday (like I did) as they are out of a lot of things, which they won’t replenish until Wednesday. Outdoor seating only. The pho is a nicely-flavored soup, but tastes nothing like the pho I grew up with in Seattle, where there’s a phó place on every corner. The flavor here is just like all of the Thai noodle soup shops. Also, if you’re adverse to cilantro like me, make sure you tell them to leave it out. They dice it fine and there’s no picking it out once it’s added.
