This place is awesome!!! The room is clean and cute. The owner is super friendly and kind. Even though the shower room is pretty small, you can enjoy two showers in that small space. The own is a considerate person since he provides two blankets in each room. Even a husband and wife don't want to share a blanket. So I was really happy to have my own blanket while staying there.

Without question one of the best places I have stayed during my many years of travelling in SE Asia. I have walked by it many times and had not given it a second thought. We were in need of an interim place to stay while in Hua Hin and after reading some reviews decided to try it. It turned out to be the best decision my wife and I have made regarding accommodation in a long time. We immediately booked for 3 weeks upon our return in February.

Pros: Super clean. Very nice space with lots of room. Many great touches and amenities. Beautiful little garden green space. Good wifi and a pretty good selection of English channels. Dedicated shower area with separate toilet facility and quality towels etc. Nice sitting area. Close to weekend market and next to a 7 11 and lots of eating options. Large comfy bed with premium linens. Very good price. I could go on all day about how much we like this place but you get the drift. Tom is a very nice man and he runs a first rate establishment. Highly recommended.

Cons: There are non as far as I can see.

If anyone can find a cleaner place in Hua Hin or anywhere for that matter I'll send you a thousand baht.

One of the best family-run accommodations I have ever stayed at. Everything is well taken care of. Room is clean and spacious. The owner pays attention to small details. ดีมากๆ

Best value I could find. Good location. Clean, nice, secure room with the best TV channels I've seen yet. Highly recommend. Would have stayed longer but it was full. Nice man.

Love this place, Tom is a fab host, really well equipped garden Room, great for cicada and tamarin markets, really good restaurant across the road, and the better beach a 5 minute walk, better to go to the path between the markets
