I love everything about this hotel.
I moved from a budget accommodation after not sleeping and listening to a barking dog most of the day - moving to Stone Head was like a dream coming true.

Contrary to a previous review, I found the staff on reception exceptional, extremely friendly and helpful - the 2 girls I met had a lovely energy.

I asked for a quiet room and that’s exactly what I got. The room is bright and airy and I’m now having the best nights sleep.

It’s a bit far from the centre if you’re walking but there’s a songthau every 15 mins or so. It’s a perfect location for me to attend Shakti Yoga Studio - just a few minutes walk away.

There’s free tea and coffee in a nice communal environment downstairs and constant hot water available.

I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough, I feel very happy and content staying there.

I had a wonderful time at the Ston Head. Every staff member I encountered, were delightful and eager to help.

Clean and quiet. But I strongly suggest the owner to invest on some better quality mattress. Bed is the most important thing for hotels, it tells the quality and details and more. Stylish rooms with cheap mattress, it's just not a wise investment.

Could not sleep for even 5 minutes here. The AC and fridge made it sound like you were on a plane, far too noisy. AC seems to have a lightbulb inside, never seen this before but it's like a night light. Ridiculous, and they gave me the one room I didn't want which was near the stairs. Constant footsteps. Checking out early, feel so annoyed. Staff are friendly though and room not bad otherwise. If you intend to sleep however, book another hotel.

Cozy , nice bed, nice shower and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Hostel have free coffee for breakfast. Nice resturant near by. Near 7/11. If you only need some where only for sleep safe. Recomend.

Humble hostel in small soi, 711 store is 1 min walking and have a nice cafe opposite side

friendly staff, good price (in covid time)
