The rooms are well done up. Minutes walking distance. Taxi was quite easy to get as there were ***y circling around the main road nearby. The bathroom was always spotlessly clean. The position near the beach is great. Last but not least ensure the bar becomes more attractive. I had a great time celebrating my birthday.

We arrived early morning and the staff was more than accommodating. The location is simply perfect to where we want to be as per our itinerary. The room amenities did not seem as high class as my previous visits. Definitely had not been cleaned. The buffet we went to kinda sucked. The hotel room itself was fine.

The property layout makes great sense. Place was clean as a whistle. There is not much to offer in the vicinity of the hotel. Often took a long time to get a coffee. The entire furnishing was quite old. Food was poor as was the choice. We were greeted with friendly warm smile everywhere we went.

We stayed at this property almost alone (there was another couple in the hotel and us). The place has all necessities, including a pool and breakfast service. The only negative moment was the WiFi. The first day it worked perfectly, but after that it was cut off(( The receptionist gladly shared her private internet (shared from her mobile) with me to help me to book a hotel in Bangkok. She also helped with a taxi. ***y thanks to her.

Our experience was excellent from the moment of our arrival to our departure. The hotel itself is very clean. We were heartily welcomed and served by staff who made a great effort but had no clue on service, food nor English. Value for money would be hard to beat.

My wife and I made our initial trip there. Mainly because it's close to our vacation condo. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. Its team is really professional with a smiling kindness. In fact the people are very keen to assist in any way possible.

Comfy little budget hotel away from the beach but very close to the water park (Vana Nava) which was our objective on that trip and therefore we settled for it. Breakfast is decent but dont expect anything spectacular. Room is clean with ok design
