A Premium location and best position on the beach, the resort class hotel with full access and potentials to be a five stars hotel, but even at a prime season, this hotel operates a minimum staffs and services, no coffees services in the room, no extra towels if needed. The exercise and fitness rooms are clean and operational, and the pool is clean and functionals. There was very limited beach services even on the weekends. I like the rooms and clean beds with beautiful views of the beach and natural surrounding, but this is a very limited services hotel.

I'm sure the Blue Wave was once a nice hotel. The entire hotel was always kept clean. Very attentive staff. Liked the location of the hotel the best. The beach was fairly quiet and free from vendors, but there were enough beach bars around without making too much noise.

I would not hesitate to book here again on a return visit. The rooms have a nice view of the beach and surrounding hillside. The amount of people ready to help you is overwhelming. The staffs were all very professional. All the employees of the hotel were very helpful and very friendly.

Our family love it. The best vacation, rooms are very nice, the breakfast was awesome. We came from USA. And would definitely come back. I would recommend. Keep up the good jobs.
We are back 2nd year. And definitely back again for the 3rd year.

Every takeaway known to *** kind can be found just up the street to the right. The resturant 'Frasers on Main"" has a different buffet each night and is great food with excellent prices. Its a good accommodation option if you are on tight budget and want something close to all the basic amenities.

Not well to service groups. 170Thais domestic tourist faced with some broken facilities on their rooms. 2small elevators for groups. Breakfast ticket if you lost you cannot enter to the restaurant they not even ask your room number reference to find out for you on spot. Small road for Bus and never give Bus driver some foods on the morning till you start complaining them. In final GM did apologies to us and said that their staff was non-common senses.
However, Bell boy service was nice on last day.

This place is awful to stay.
Sink is broken
Elevator is too small.
Decorations is old-fashioned.
For tourist who find some hotel to stay I would recommend to book Ibis hotel. Overall is better than Bluewave.
