It could have been a great hotel. I would give more stars if the room didn't smell so stuffy. WiFi is so weak to the point that it becomes unusable. The bath tub is too small for shoulders to fit in comfortably.

Fantastic location, hotel is kept immaculate, staff great and extremely helpful, beach 100 metres away and better than Hua hin main beach, transport GRAB 110 baht to main part of town. Room clean and comfortable, a little dated, but this hotel a hidden gem if quiet location opposite golf course.

Overall a very good hotel. Stylish looking w large rooms, great balconies overlooking the pool u0026 golf course u0026 very friendly, helpful staff. Only a small number of rooms (15?) which were mostly empty when I was there, but two swimming pools meaning u could usually get one or the other (or both) to yourself. Location was good for us, being only around 100 meters from the lesser crowded part of the beach in Khao Takiab, u0026 has an outstanding seafood restaurant a few doors down with cheap prices. It is, however a little far from the action, being a 15 minute walk u0026 a 15+ minute Songthaew ride to get to the thick of things. The Songthaews stop running quite early, from memory around 9pm u0026 the last few are completely full meaning often you need to aim to leave Hua Hin proper by 7:30 or so in order to avoid having to pay one of the overpriced non-metered local taxis to get back to the hotel. Fine by me, but might be inconvenient for ***y.Breakfast was good. Just the basics, eggs, thai rice, cereal, toast, coffee etc, but adequate u0026 the restaurant was spotlessly clean u0026 well-staffed. Comfortable, large, clean bed u0026 really nice main room, but my biggest gripe was with the bathroom which seemed unfinished. Dark, dingy, a sink which had a design so bad the water never drained, a bathtub which leaked water faster than it could be filled u0026 poor water pressure / temperature. This is a shame as it let down the room quite a lot.Another problem was being so close to Bangkok the hotel tended to fill up on Saturday u0026 Sunday, meaning if you arrive during the week it is no problem finding a vacancy at cheaper prices, but if you want to stay over a weekend you will probably be relegated to one of the pricier $100 a night rooms. Annoying if you plan on staying from Thur-Tues for example.I did enjoy the hotel however, u0026 based on the price I paid (around $40/night) I would happily stay there again, but would love to see a couple of improvements - to the bathroom especially. Recommended.

I had a good time here. It's not far from main road, very close to the beautiful beach, many good restaurants, seven eleven is only 7-8 mins walk, Boat Hut Spa that is very recommended place for relaxation. I stayed in a pool suit room that is not expensive. Staffs here have hospitality and service mind. If you can't have breakfast at the dining room, they can send it direct to your room. It's very clean, comfortable, wide room, wide bathroom. I love this place a lot. P.S. the cats here are super cute ????????????

I impressed on service of staffs. This place quite close to the beach and quite far from mini mart so it good if you need quiet place for rest. Nice room, Modern Design, I had a room that balcony connected to the pool it's very nice and convenient if you love to swim.

I love how peaceful and beautiful it is here. Near enough to Hauhin town but also out of the rustle of people.
Lovely breakfast with private access to the swimming pool. They have a roof top pool which is lovely for watching the sunset after a relaxing massage.
It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
