Great welcome and service from the staff. Nice and new design building . Our room even comes with an iMac. The let down is the room is a little dark. And it's very loud and annoying in the morning when other room doors are being closed. Like very loud and able to feel the vibration even it's on different floor. Also, they charge 20 baht for a small bottle of drinking water when other similar hotels would just give FOC.

Staff friendly, good hospitality. 10minutes walk to Kim yong market. Recommend taking grab transport. Free breakfast ????

Super clean, beautiful hotel in center of the city. The dark theme contrasts with the green garden. Wish there was more trash in the room and public area.

The reception guy is so nice and friendly.
The hotel design is very good.

Very nice hotel, especially the ground floor with its reading room and café. Rooms are gorgeous and comfortable, in line with the higher than usual price tag.

However, I must say the doors for the bathroom and shower are made of polished glass, don't go all the way to the ceiling and don't have locks, so that's not great privacy-wise.

Nice small hotel located in city center of Hatyai.
Rooms and facilities are well provided and cleaned as well as amenities.
Breakfast was served in plated but it was nice enough to start your day.
Parking is a bit limited and you need to park behind the hotel and traffic around that area can be so jammed as there is school nearby
