This place is great, and is constantly booked so do book ahead of you can. No issues with cleanliness. Plugs here are universal so it saves you from having to pack and adapter if you are here for the entire duration of your visit. Fresh towel was provided everyday.

While lobbies are expected to be quiet zones, it is not enforced so you will hear your rowdy neighbours, if any.

It is very well located in the center of most places of interest so getting around isn’t much of an issue. Convince store and laundromats are within walking distance, less than 5 min away.

They also offer fuss free motorcycle rental, currently at 300bhat per day, reserve, pay and go, just make sure you return the bike with the same level of fuel.

I stayed in Hat Yai for 6 days while I waited for a friend to come to me. I work while I travel so having comfortable accommodations and reliable internet is very helpful. The rooms are "cosy" but very well thought out and the bed very comfortable and linens are clean and comfortable. There is a basic but very functional desk and I can easily connect my laptop to the room TV for a second display while I work. The hotel is in a very nice location - lots of food options very close by and safe area - the area is visited by a lot of young adults and not rowdy people. The staff was extremely accommodating and allowed me a late checkout until my next hotel was available. I've stayed at 3 different hotels in Hat Yai and this one was my favorite.

We only stayed one night, but quickly realised that this is a very well and thoughtfully designed hotel, super centrally located with a very nice and helpful staff.
Everything you need for travelling and resting afterwards was there, kettle for morning coffee and even a hairdryer!

The camera I forgot at the hotel was easily picked up by my friend from Hat Yai and brought to Songkla.

A very cosy hotel and not too far from Lee garden plaza. Near to the hotel, there is two 7 eleven outlet. Will stay here again for next trip

Good place to stay , car parking provided but limited. Booking via agoda price is very reasonable and room is nice, everything is complete but room size is just ok.

Very nice room, the bed is too comfortable that I am locked in it. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, very convenient.

Very good guesthouse, Hair drier, refrigerator and electric kettle with coffee. Convenient to food and shopping. Perfect for a night before speed boat to Koh Lipe or flight at Hat Yai International Airport. Highly recommended. Family of 5, from Bangkok.
