The best vegetarian and vegan-friendly place in Hat Yai! Must try: Salt fried rice (make sure to mention without egg if vegan), sticky noodle soup, Stir fried morning glory, Stir fried eggplant with crispy tofu skin, and tom yum soup.

Pros - Very delicious, price reasonable, friendly staff, portion is big and short waiting time.
Cons - Parking might be an issue if you drive (always come with motorcycle), little dirty (but ok)

Tasty vegetarian food in Hatyai. Not expensive. But I think they used too much msg though. I liked the ginger soup. Tom Yum soup was ok.
