Had an excellent overall experience staying at La Pause Hatyai. I was made to feel at home the moment i checked into the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and service oriented during the check-in. She even go the extra mile to explain to me what are the nice food in the neighbourhood. The welcome drink and cold towel was a nice gesture in such a hot weather.
I couldn't find any fault with the room as it was above my expectation.
Location of the hotel was good as well. Walking distance to Lee Garden plaza.
I will strongly recommend this particular hotel! Keep up the good work. ????

There is no lift. So not recommended for those with weak knees or are elderly. Room is modern and nice. Looks good. Bathroom is a bit small. Agoda stated that there was a bath tub but there was only a shower. Staff are excellent and service is top notch. A bit of a walk from Lee Garden area especially if it is raining. Taxis are not fond of coming to this location though. Had to rely on grab a lot.

It's amazing! You won't be regret to stay here. The staffs are super nice and helpful.

The hotel is designed in industrial style, simple but nice, good for photo shooting ????.

First floor is the coffee shop and lobby, there are total 8 rooms, no lift here, since it's redecorated from 2 shop houses.

You can feel the welcoming from staffs, it's my best experience for this new year trip.

Thank you all. If I visit hatyai again, I will definitely come back.

Staff very polite and have an excellent in English.
Room 8/10 but need add the 1 table and chair in side room and added more light. I like the clear floor finishing good.
In side the hotel need consider about safety when guest take a steps to stairs level, cos not enough bright/light
Need more finishing the inside building even the design looks not finished.

Service was impeccable. They rush to open the doors for you all the time. Explained all the nearby places to see and eat at during check in with a printed map. There's a reason not recommended for children and the elderly, cos it's quite a climb up the stairs if u get rooms on the higher floor. Design was chic and clean. Well thought out basic necessities all available.

Excellent service. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff will help you call for tut-tut car service if you want go to somewhere out of walking distance. Besides this, the café serves nice chocolate drinks. It is a cosy place to hang around.

Good location. Amazing service! Very nice and clean room. Love the design. Soft drink, water and snacks was for free. The aircon made noise otherwise I would have give it 5 star!
