THAI operation control center is one of the greatest landmarks in Suvarnabhumi airport. Big office spaces and facilities are located in this complex. Thai Airways used to be one of the best airlines in the world before, unfortunately the Covid-19 ruined the aviation industries so much. This also hurt Thai Airways somehow, I hope Thai Airways will come back as a great airline again soonest.

Covid has been a tough time for all in the airline business but the contempt this company has shown its customers is beyond belief

Impossible to contact by any channel - email, LINE, phone.

While they focus on gimmicks like restaurants serving in-flight meals, they have irrecoverably alienated long-time loyal customers like me and are destroying their reputation. I would never buy another ticket with this airline under any circumstances
