Very nice spot near entrance gate 8 of BKK airport. Free admission (+ free gift). Very informative exhibition about history of Thai aviation and about Suvarnabhumi airport. If you have free 30 minutes and have no clue what to do at the airport, worthy to visit.

good place to go and learn about the airplane history in thailand and also about BKK airport. can spend 20-30 mins as fast walk through or an hour for full exhibition. also free of change.

I took my class of 5-6 year olds (14 students) and a few parents to the airport museum and they loved it. The staff were very friendly and spoke well in English. The parts of the tour that included displays, models and videos were the most interesting aspects for the kids.

It was meaningful visiting, get knowledge of Thai Aviation History, Advanced Technology of Airport Construction,Future plan for expansion.
Suvarnabhumi Airport Museum.
Located on 6th floor of carpark no.3
If you have children or guests , you should not miss this place!
It’s a nice idea to spend time before flight or killing transit time.

At no.8 exit from basement you can see the orange euro2 bus, called 'S1'u200b to Khaosan takes around 50 minutes - 60THB (get on the bus then buy a ticket: a lot cheaper than get a taxi)u200b

If you take Airport Rail link to BTS Phayathai take around 1 hr and you get BTS there at the station to JJ market (Mochit station) to Asiatique and Chaopraya river (Taksin station)
