Awful services. There were 5 waitresses! EVERY SINGLE STAFF constantly avoided eye contacting, took them forever to get menu, took order, and so on. The staff weren't busy or anything they just talked among one another, and kept their eyes fixed on the ground. The only time they were fast is when they gave the bill, no kind gestures or said thank you, not a single word. There was no greeting with entering the restaurant either. Went there with my dad, just 2 of us, and they have the courtesy to charge the service fee on the bill when they barely did nothing and gave us the most awful service experience

Food was not bad. I enjoyed their Thai fusion pasta dish. Their sticky rice from mango sticky rice tasted and felt like microwaved.

If this wasn't the only Thai restaurant at the airport, I wouldn't even bother come

Absolutely horrendous service. There were MORE than enough staff but no manager so everyone just seem to be running around like chicken without their heads attached. 3 staffs inside the bar counter, 2 staffs on the ground doing everything else with no one having any assigned stations or area. When food is ready, they do not pick it up because they are busy taking orders or clearing tables, the kitchen staff shouted for assistance to pick up the food but the staffs in the bar looked at the food and continued doing their own stuffs. The cashier male in the photo doesn't want to bother and busy talking to the front facing female staff. Then they both were on their phone instead of picking up the food. Had to demand a manager before the food were picked up from the counter. Ps, left on counter for more than 10 minutes. Utterly TERRIBLE service. Food is decent and priced within airport pricing range but staff needs to learn how to work in a restaurant properly. Utterly hopeless team.

Expensive but that's to be expected in an airport restaurant. Food was delicious and service was OK for how busy they were. Should hire a couple more servers to deal with rush time.

main grub here is the ultra long wait. as an airport restaurant there are many people in a rush but the wait time on a non peak 2pm was 30-45min. taste wise was alright, generous in seafood portion for my green curry omelette rice. would not recommend the fried rice though

Not good. Only two waitress walking and working on everything during lunch time, so it is so difficult just to get her attention to clean the previous table, get the menu, order food, get the water, get the bills, etc. Food is slow, so make sure you have time before the flight. Should just have 1-2 more staff.

Only few restaurants at the airport during the covid year made us had no choice.

Food delicious, but service is very very bad. I’ve tried 3 times in a roll for this 2022, but takes me almost an hour to get my order. I’m here with friends, but some have finished their meal and some not even got the food. Staffs are not polite. Not recommended!

Waited an eternity for an overpriced bowl of chicken teriyaki. Service was super slow for a half-full restaurant. Wednesday 7pm. Disappointed af
