Stayed here for a night and it was pretty nice for an airport hotel all things considered. The room was spacious and clean, shower was nice, etc. Nothing crazy but for a night its more then acceptable.

What's really nice though is the free breakfast buffet, which you sadly don't see often anymore because of covid cost cutting. Huge selection of continental and local food to choose from and it opens at 3am for people with early flights. Made my stay!

Stayed here plenty of time since my first time back in 2007. Prices are rather high but since the convenient location with proximity of the airport we thought its usually worth it. We been here six month ago and things were alright actually. This time however was terrible. There was a big cockroach (dead) in the bathroom. Curtains look old with dirty spot marks. Shower and faucet at the sink leaked. Toilet wet all over. Bed cloth had some small blood marks. Rooms still look the same as 15 years ago. Worst of all are those carpets, they have dirty stains and a 4* hotel would have replaced them long ago.
On the positive side, some staff are really friendly and the airport transfer is smooth and straight forward.

Location rating based on proximity to airport, obviously can't beat that. ????

It's a functional hotel. I wouldn't have used except for missing my flight. But, it was a welcome alternative to a night on an airport seat.

Hotel feels like a older Vegas hotel in the rooms and corridor. Dated styling, spacious rooms and corridors. But perfectly functional, and nothing at all wrong.

Theres a nice outdoor pool in one half, great for a night swim. Restaurants in the foyer, no noise issues. You're a fish in a barrel for price, but its not unreasonable.

Tip: you can get to it at ground level from the airport, but go down one level and you get a direct air conditioned tunnel!

Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport was a great experience for me.

There was a wide variety of food alternatives, and the lounging space by the pool was a really pleasant surprise. Despite being close to the airport, there was no bothersome airplane noise at the hotel.

Being able to check out and go immediately to my terminal made the hotel the ideal choice for my final nights in Bangkok. It’s a terrific choice when you have an early flight.

The staff is kind and always ready to help. Being able to use the Spa and enjoy a relaxed dinner in one of the several restaurants in the property made my stay truly memorable and I couldn’t be happier.

The location was very convenient for our travel after a long day travel with early flight next morning. Only a 5 minute walk in underground air-condition walkway from the airport with smooth surface all the way to easily wheel luggage. The pool was nice, 1.5m and 0.6m for kids section, with swim up bar. Bed was huge and comfortable, with different pillows options.

Our check in experience was horrible. The person couldn't find our booking even though it was in the same name as the passport that he was holding. He eventually found it and told us repeatedly that my credit card was declined before even asking for my credit card. I had to keep explaining to him there is a function on booking.com to "pay at property" and that's what we're doing with all hotels on this trip. Once he charged us for the room (not declined), he didn't take the deposit so any facilities we used at the hotel couldn't be charged to our room, ane we had to pay manually....

The shower was dirty and mouldy. The room was noisy throughout the night from surrounding rooms, loud banging doors (including our own bathroom one rattling), foot steps, furniture movements from rooms next to us and above. Bad night sleep.

Would not recommend.

It was a nice chance to check out the Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport since my final flight out of Bangkok was at 6.

There is no specific check-in time at the Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel, so you may come whenever suits you and check out 24 hours later.

With environmentally friendly methods and amenities for visitors with disabilities, the hotel has made a commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

The pool is a really excellent size, and there is the opportunity to eat outside and a swim-up bar. Additionally, the restrooms include top-notch amenities including a sauna, steam room, and spa.

Perfect place to stay if you have an early flight or arrive late to Bangkok.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi. Both times were because of delays with connecting flights. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The food options are fantastic, as are the room service options. The gym is really well equipped and the pool is great. Would recommend to anyone that needs to lose a night waiting for a flight
