Awesome place to stay on a budget price opposite Beach facing with Swimming and breakfast.

They have multiple stay options from standard to superior and also they have bungalow options.

The best part is, it's opposite Pattaya beach and a 15 minute walking distance to Waking street.

We had missed the Breakfast but the food was good and the prices were reasonable.

Room was clean. That is the best I can say. Very basic. No coffee pot or kettle or microwave. Padlocked fire exit. I only stayed one night then changed hotels.

Breakfast lunch and snacks very good always taste fresh , swimming pool and area very clean and normally not many people, Clse to shopping and easy to come and go . Fantastic location

This was my second visit to this hotel. My last visit was three years ago. I was disappointed this time as the hotel now appears old and tired and in need of refurbishment. The swimming pool water was green and for this reason I could not swim the pool. The staff were really nice and helpful. There is cheaper and superior Hotels nearby.

Excellent location close to the beach and shops, prices are very reasonable, there are swimming pools in the resort and the cleanliness is very good, the resort staff is helpful and always smiling.

I visit this Hotel 6 times.
Good rooms for fair prices (with or without breakfast), good services all the time, very helpful and friendly staff, very good restaurant with fair prices, laundry u0026 taxi service, perfect clean swimming pool for childs too. Close to the beach. My family very happy every visit here.

This year (April 2019) and now the same good service and friendly staff ! Now again in Appartment with balcony
