I really did love this place! I love their eco friendly signs and efforts to help make this a more green hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was awesome. AC worked just fine, and the beds were nice.

A lovely hotel.The room is very nice and neat.The staff are so nice.Set in a very nice location.A 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach.Breakfast limited but that wasn't too bad because the rest made up for it.

A nice hotel to stay when you come to Pattaya. The beach is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The room is clean and the service is good. Recommended one!

Dear Management,

We decided to overnight 1 night for short stay here before check into main hotel booked at Bangsaray, Pattaya tomorrow.

After checked in Today 30May2022 at 18.45, turned on air con and now picture speak louder than word!!! (Time 22.42)

This is somewhat complementary for Premium Junior Suit room level. Air condition is really bad for us as temp in room still high for 4hours of max air level set! We paid for the premium and they provide Fan for free use!! Try to change room but after test Aircon for new room about 30mins, it's badly in same condition, so better not to move and then accept for Fan offer (poor me).

This room booked with Agoda and paid this pricy as not really reasonable at all! It's almost same rate we paid for Accor All member rate (5stars resort).

The reason just want to help local owner and their staffs for this difficulty period so we booked your hotel. But the way you maintenance the asset and price set up shown an integrity of doing business anyway.

Sorry and sadly for this to walkaway and say good bye.

My wife and I just moved, and are retiring in Thailand. And we decided to stay at the Tropicana for a time just to unwind and enjoy some of the Thailand sights. So we chose the Tropicana because of its close proximity to the beach, in Pattaya. We have nothing but good things to say about the people, and staff at the Tropicana. We will definitely revisit in the future.

Absolutely aweful! Used as SHA Plus hotel. Driver was an hour late picking me up from the airport, even after I emailed to confirm my arrival 24 hours prior. The hotel is rundown and looks like it has had maintenance since the 1980s. Air Conditioning didn't work in the room. I informed the hotel staff, but they didn't care. Got virtually zero sleep, as not only was the room sweltering, but it was full of mosquitoes. I was bitten to heck. Wouldn't stay in this dump again if they paid me!

Stayed here for ASQ, had a connecting room with my partner. Everything was lovely, good big balcony, we stayed at pool level, they have more room than the first floor rooms. Good choices for the food, generous portions. Staff were very nice, especially the maintenance/pool guys! Worth the extra money rather than staying in Bangkok.
