Reception u0026 Business owner ( Pet shop ) : Take care my dog u0026 my wife They’re kind take care of everything. Facilities for your dog is complete such as food , snack , swimming , deposit pet 50 THB / Hours , Hair dryer, towels, shampoo. It’s closely near Pattaya beach 50 meters. Nice room but i think for the toilet need to rebuild it.

Basaya Beach Resort is located just 50-100 meters from the beach in Pattaya, Thailand. The hotel is right next to Beach Road and convenient for transport to entertainment centres and restaurants and shopping centres. Walking street is just 1km from this place in a straight line. The hotel is insulated from traffic and other noises and has a nice swimming pool, eating area with sun loungers, parasols, large parking space and it's own shop for buying small items. Swimming pool is the best part of this resort. Thai massage is also available along the pool. Restaurant is big and good. Breakfast had a lot of variety (You get a lot of options if you go to breakfast early).

Coming on to the rooms, it was spacious and you get either pool view or beach view. 2 bottles of water are provided and extra ones are chargeable. However the Wi-Fi connection is very weak at this hotel generally for all the rooms. The prices of this hotel are slightly above the normal rates.
Note that the staff is very polite and helpful. Had good time here.

Great location but maintenance has been a low priority for two years. Wooden Sunbeds are falling apart and cushions need to be replaced. Pool sides are dirty with oil/Suncream. When the rooms are cleaned they fill with mosquitos so you spend an hour killing them all. each day.

Pets allowed. Large clean pool. No shuttle bus Service anymore. Relaxed, staff friendly.

Decent place if u want to live in Pattaya Ona Budget.... Best part of the Hotel is that it is PET FRIENDLY.... Lots of Dogs n Cats seen in the Hotel... Loved it...

Wi fi not working only two small lights in the room otherwise front side and pull area is good

Sometimes its bit noisy, but its right on the beach. Good Location, near the markets .
