When the hotel returns to ‘full operation’ it will get 5 Stars. But for now, 2 years into Covid and hopefully finally emerging from it, they are doing a wonderful job. Staff, facilities, rooms, and restaurant were exemplary. The only things missing were the fabulous ’BBQ Nights’ u0026 Foam Party. The kids were running around having a great time u0026 the pool was amazing. We had 1 issue when checking in, but it was corrected immediately; that’s real service. For the price, this is a great place to spend your holiday.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you get a chance. Fabulous location on Beach Road Pattaya. Facilities second to none. Super efficient and helpful staff. Rooms immaculate, and views superb. Easy and quick checking in/out process. If you're looking for a little bit of luxury, this is it, you won't regret it.

A wonderful stay here. Would give 5 Star rating if not cause of the blackout a few minutes after checking in at night. Need to wait for a few minutes before the power back on. Given a big room but 2 single bed mergers into one. The food is good but limited choices. A nice pool. Near the beach, a 2-minute walk. 7Eleven shop, a foot massage and a motorcycle rental just opposite the hotel entrance. Easy access to public transport.

2nd time this year stayed and once again such a superb place to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean and the 2 bed is fully stocked. Pool awesome. Location awesome. Breakfast/food awesome. What really makes it is the staff. Everyone from the parking to check in to waiting staff to pool staff to room cleaners are just fantastic. Here with the kids and they love it. Will be back again and highly highly recommend this hotel. Great work!

It is alright. My first time to stay with Hard Rock and I love it.

View is nice and facility is top of the line. This is a famous spot and we are at a famous hotel. What else can you ask for more?

Everything is nice here. And I recommend you try as well.

Unbeatable location. The beach is just across the street. Walking distance to Central Festival Pattaya. Large swimming pools for the whole family to enjoy. Rooms were just renovated. Compact size but equipped with all amenities you need for a cozy stay. Friendly and attentive staff.

Good location at end of street. Rooms are good but small compared to other Thailand hotels

Found staff to be a little snobbish

Although checkin time is 2 pm , we got only 1 room at 4pm and second at 5pm. To makeup for this they said we could checkout late .. But it is of no use as we had to leave for other place at 10am

Breakfast spread is good , but can be improved by adding more options in vegetarian / vegan

Hope they start the foam party soon
