This is a new hotel. The air is fresh and the interior is nice. But the staff are not friendly and it is difficult to communicate with them since only few of them speak English. They offer heater pot for us to make tea but they do not provide any tea, coffee, sugar or cream. They only provide two bottles of water each day and some bottles of beer in the fridge which cost about 60 baht per item. The security for each room is not good because the room can be open by anybody even you are inside the room with the card inserted (a new guest who should have stayed in the room next to mine was able to open my room when I was in the room).

This hotel appears to be very new. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Overall the room is handsome and well designed.

The hotel is also in a good location. Close enough to Second Road and within easy walking distance of walking street. However, it is just far enough away to be nice and quiet.

I did notice once minor issue that is really just me nitpicking. I liked having most all of the light switches near the bed, unfortunately, they are out of arms reach.

The staff and door guy are good but the hotel is dirty. The bathroom smelled like piss and I even have cleaning reclean and it stilled smelled. The towels smelled and the lobby. The only positive is the room is big and WiFi is good.

The worst hotel experience.

Due to good position, big room and bathroom, I made the mistake to book for 37 days at 1200 baht per day (monthly rate, normal rate would be 1900 baht per day). Not refundable. Breakfast included in the price but not worth: jam is just gelatine, no cakes, no omelette, ham tasteless. Nothing in the Fitness room, swimming pool very small, not suitable for laps (unless you make 150 laps like I used to), closes too early (7 pm) and is not illuminated at night.

However the biggest issue is the management personnel. They tried to charge me a bed sheet due to some small lady make-up spots, which I easily removed with sparkling water. If you check-out by 5 pm you have to pay half rate additional, if you are check-out even a few minutes after 5 pm you have to pay full rate additional...they didnt even give me a few minutes contingency, which considering my long stay is not understandable! I in principle agreed to check -out by 5 pm, so I should have paid 600 as my daily rate was 1200. Since I understood they always try to screw the client, In order to avoid surprises I wanted to confirm the price, and Reception told me instead that the amount should be 900. I asked why and given the fact that they could only say "hotel policy" I asked to talk with the manager, who was not there but since I insisted, a very rude woman appeared pretended to be the manager, who threatened me saying she would call the police. I laughed at her saying she could do that if she wanted to waste time and make police laugh because I was just asking for an explanation and I had the receipt of the bill already paid. Due to this I then checked-out at normal time as I didn't want to give them a single additional bath.

considering everything this hotel could be ok for not more than 700 baht per day, while their current daily rates are 1900/1200 (normal/monthly).

So, conclusion: never again, not recommended at all, 100% to avoid

I am in this hotel now. I am very glad. Large room. Good cleaning, friendly staff. The silence in the hotel. At the reception they will always help. Thanks for posting in a great way.

Worst worst worst. Booked for three days.. AC not working.. Wi-Fi not working.. Pathetic staff. 5am in the morning feeling helpless. Staff not ready to change the room even. Asking to wait for manager till manager comes till morning. How do I sleep? This hotel should be closed right away. Not worth even a single bath. Mood spoiler. Scary. Risky. Hell of fraud. Never ever visit.

New hôtel. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Service can be better but not something to be worried about. Overall great value for the money.
