i've been going here since i was around 9 with my family; the hotel is amazing and the location is so convenient. the staff are amazing too and the pool is well-sized. totally recommend!

Great and convenient place to stay, the hotel staff was very kind, attended, smile and welcoming.
The rooms were great, you can order close rooms with a door between , the view is ok, from the higher floor you can see the sea, location is not far from soy bokhau and second road, recommended

This hotel is good value for money. It has large rooms with full tub baths and comfortable beds. The mini bars are not expensive and the room service is inexpensive and good The swimming pool is good. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant though. Near to 2nd Road and 5 minute walk to the beach. Nearby are restaurants, bars, shopping centres and nightlife. Baht busses pass in front of the hotel in 2nd road. The hotel is set back from the road and is quiet. All rooms have balconies and either overlook the sea or the swimming pool.

probably Super posh back in its day. . The building is a bit old but still excellent location and amazing views from the room balconies.. The pool is excellent to relax by during the hot days. Depending on the price you pay this is a excellent value if you can get it's at a discount.
The rooms are nice but will probably need to be upgraded in the future. Not that I use it but the hair dryer is probably from the late '80s.
Overall very happy with my choice of this hotel and I will definitely try to come back if the price is right.

You get what you pay for Certainly not at the level of 4 stars. Very old rooms furniture and lighting . Difficult to find the light switches at night as these are not reachable from the bed.
The room size is good as well as the views Also good breakfast and great staff ready to help and verify overnight guests security at no additional charge.

I stayed in this hotel from 25 September to 1october.
Entering the hotel we felt like entering a haunted house with big lobby but no lights and smelly carpet.
Then attitude of the front desk reception was really rude. They didn't treat us as customers.
Specially in such a big property we expect personal lockers in every room but they didn't have that. And the attitude of the lady handling the lockers at the reception was very bad. She was angry all the time for no reason.

The door boy and the lift boy were very impressive with always a smile on their face and on duty all the time.

Swimming pool was good and properly maintained.

Breakfast was thai so as indians we didn't like the taste much so cloud eat only fruits and boiled eggs.

View from the room was excellent 5 stars for that.

The room was brilliant. There is no such thing as warm water. The breakfast here is good for Thailand but they need to learn hoe to cook potatoes. Place looks descent from pics on here and from the outside but it's a complete dump, I don't know how it ever got any good reviews.
