Excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly, service of the hotel is very nice and the location is also good I will give 5 star to this hotel. Everything u find near this hotel only nothing is that much far and the hotel is very neat and clean. I love this hotel

This is not a resort , it is as usual hotel, pool is very small, rooms are cleaned with balcony, so much noise because renovation of the hotel, beds are very hard, WiFi is too low, you will find more better hotel for this price..

Taken a double room, bed was super big, King Size.. room was very big too with 2 arm chairs and a coffee table.. good for couples. Peaceful area,7 eleven was less than 300 metres.. laundry cleaning is also within the area. So far, only the bathroom could have been better. The bathroom concept is made to look like how the locals homes are.. but, still good though.

Good location in center Pattaya. Convenience short walk to Walking street and Baukhao nightlife. Hotel room is spacious, a little bit thai style decoration. Good WIFI all area. Breakfast is also good with variety of food. Swimming pool is abit deep, becareful for little kids. Total is good with the price. I will reccommend to friends.

Good location. Close to the beach. Minibar consists of 2 bottles of complimentary water. Very few English channels on the TV ( couple of daytime TV channels ). Room is simple, but clean. No welcome drink or refresh towel. Perfect view from the balcony to the people living next door. Swimming pool is nice but in the shade between the building's wall and the stone fence.

I feel waste of money. Some staff are very friendly. Some receotion staff are very rude. Very hostile. Never smiling or saying thank you. I rented a room for a month I have been treated very rudely. I do not recommend bringing children or family here. Cleaning staff are so friendly.

2nd review.

The majority of staff now are rude and hostile after my review. I tried for weeks to resolve some minor issues but staff were very unfriendly.. so i am still waiting for staff to help me. I think that staff will do nothing to help. This is stressful as i am registered disabled . this is my first online review ever. I think this is a good hotel if you do not want any help from the staff. Door staff here are awesome. Checking out today I am still waiting for staff to help me. Guests look so sad here

A clean and presentable hotel with spacious rooms and a comfy bed.
The aircon sometimes felt like it only has one temperature, but it did its job nonetheless.
WiFi was good for the first 2 days and then became quite slow and refused to load anything.
The balcony was a little mouldy from the rain but we rarely used it.
Only down side was the shower as water went all over the floor every time we used it, used 3 towels to keep it reasonably dry.
The pool was too deep for me and anyone 5'6 and under, but it was still good if you wanted to actually swim.
Not too far from main attractions and nearby food shops, discovered 7/11 two left turns away on the last day as we usually went right to get to places, but turns out going left is quicker (to get to places like walking street and the beach).
Check in and check out was smooth and they print out our boarding passes free of charge which was really helpful.
