I didn't like the hotel at all. Our trip was for 5 days but I didn't see any proper cleaning of my room during the stay. Some days there were no soap in the bathroom. Breakfast is just ok.
Suggest you to go for Nova Platinum which is opposite to it which is far better from this hotel.

Hotel is good. Rooms are decent. But mind you the staffs are all time unprofessional. Please make sure to record every bit while you check in else at the time of checkout they will charge you unnecessary claiming stuffs missing and all.

I Booked via Agoda requested a double bed configuration and was surprised it was twin bed, I was told by receptionist that they'll change my room the next day didn't receive and reply.
When I've reached the hotel lobby on the first day around 6pm I thought there's power outage it's was dark no air-conditioning only some fans probably cost cutting.
And only one lift available.
The second day of my stay I've requested 3 times for some towels.
3rd day I've requested to make up my room.
Housekeeping nocked and entered my room without any greeting???? started working I haven't seen any detergent used .
I was on the 7th floor full of Indians very loud they keep their doors open all the time.
I hope my review gives this establishment a place to improve.

Hotel is very good and at prime location with nearby indian restaurants.
Breakfast is very bad.if u don't eat nonveg food then this is the hell for u. Only bread butter and rice available in veg. With family u should try other good hotels.not recommended for family

The Sun Xclusive Hotel is best in class hotel. Location is perfect and near by Walking street.Rooms are good , neat n clean. Staff is well behaved and friendly. Complementary breakfast is good and tasty. For vegetarian they provide 3 to 4 option, veg Breakfast they provide poha, Friedrice, Mix dal, fried potato, Bread n butter, jam and milk, cornflex.
Hotel is guests friendly. Swimming pool is on top floor, having good view and there is also a bar for your drink. Overall Good stay at this hotel.
