We blindly booked this hotel as a cheap option. Unfortunately to be honest. In 12/2019 when we stayed at this hotel it was not so great, but not horrible. Lots of Indians. So there was lot of loud noises at night. The hotel rooms smelled with cigarette smoke so it was not so pleasant. Otherwise it was clean. We stayed only one night and then left.
I would not recommend this place for family. Overall it was ok. No problems or issues except drunk Indians:)

You can get to the walking streets easily from this hotel as its almost at its center so that's good. You can easily walk to the beach as well within 10minutes.

Pool is great and clean and you can have shisha there. This hotel is a budget hotel so if you want to save money, this might be your choice.

Budget friendly Hotel for Group of people and not for Family. I would not recommend this hotel for Family stay as this place is fully vibrant with young gens.

Friends Bar is adjacent to the pool area which is added attraction of this places.

Rooms of the hotel is clean and very larger in size. Room can accommodate upto 5 people ( two with extra beds).

Most Famous place of Pattaya walking street and night clubs are walkable distance only.

We have not tried food here but morning breakfast was decent. It was not full of options but was sufficient.

Overall it is good!

Quiet old hotel. The pool and bar and stuff looks nice but the room for 1000 baht per night was a bit disappointing. It was spacious and the bed comfortable. The view was nice. But the aircondition was barely working and the mirror in the bathroom wasn't even cleaned. Also the aircondition was pretty loud.

Don't waste your time in this hotel. Don't book this hotel. Dirty rooms ,no service properly. Bathrooms are very dirty. So avoid this hotel to book. I stay hare , at that time I want to change room because there have fowl smell In bathroom u0026 room but they don't allow. Even there breakfast is just time pass not good b/f there have only 2-3 irons in food but they also not good , not hygienic.
So every body please avoid this hotel, save yr money u0026 headache

On plane one guy recommended this hotel after 12 hour flight I reached their around 7pm. One guy setting on reception ask him about the room he ask to go other lady on a counter by finger gesture. The lady did not bother to look and me and with finger ask to go another man sitting on sofa. The man sitting on sofa said he has no concerns with the booking. Again come to first guy and repeat this procedure again. The decide to come out and go for another hotel. If the first impression will be like that what will be next easily can understand.

Its good property near walking street. There is near so many options for indian food on walkable distance. There is so many spas on walkable diatance. Neat and clean room with much spacious. There is some issue in washroom of water always. Room service Staff is helpful but not able to speak english fluently. Reception staff is good and friendly. Overall good three star hotel on reasonable price at good location.
