Decent hotel for stags, but may not be a very good option for families. Centrally located. They charge 100 bhat + for room delivery, even for a water bottle. That's okay if you charge, but you should inform at least once before charging. Overall a decent experience. May visit here again with friends.

Very poor customer service especially receptionist are very unprofessional. Room condition is very bad. AC leaking as flood. Never book this hotel waste of money. I am giving this review while I am in room. There are so many other good hotel in this category.

For the price they offer I understand not much one can get but please how difficult is it to maintain a 500 sqft gym and equipment. Some people like to work out too . Small thing make huge difference. Not the place to stay with your children if you know what I mean. Pattaya has much better options.can try if you travelling with friends and on a tight budget.

Horrible place to stay...maintenance nil. Bathrooms sticking. Bath towels with dirty smell.
It's not possible to rate even 1 star. As we know Thailand is well versed place to provide good facilities to tourist.All other hotels around maintained great standard andbonly this hotel is horrible. Pls Don't loose your money and time by booking this place.

Pathetic hotel with real bad experience, Not at all for families. This hotel is famous amongst Indians who come to Pattaya for some wrong reasons. Breakfast area is louder than the busiest streets. Night time becomes more horrible, when drunk chaps and hookers gather at the entrance of hotel and sit on the stairs.

Had booked for my parents via Thrillophilia, there is no hot water for shower else okay hotel. Won’t recommend hotel or Thrillophilia.
