I almost stay in different kind of hotel from Africa to Europe but this hotel can be ranked no 1 in bad manners. Look like hotel is built on shop. In 10 hour stay my head hit with the roof, almost all floors are the same. There were insects all over the floors. No safety box. Air conditions was not workings.check out time was 12.00 noon we were 10 minutes late and they charge 100 Bath extra.online booking was snowing 800 bath but they have charged 1000 bath. Unprofessional people's don't know the concept of hospitality.owner is from India and look rude. To be honest hotel in African countries are better than this one. Pls stay to avoid

We stayed here during our Thailand trip. It's a good place to stay and they do have a swimming pool at terrace. The staff are also so nice. Attached to this they have an Indian restaurant too. Costwise it's worth.

Surrounding dirty and loud. Room is nice. Price is good too.
But the staff barely speaks English so that communication is hard. They didn't really help us when we needed to call a Thai number.

hotel is not good. coz ac not working good. room not clean every day. and also say lift not use for visitors. Only one tym take shampoo and shap in the room.
Staff also not respect.

The receiptionist is very rude and dont even know how to give respect to the guests. Till now this is the worst experience i faced in hospitality. Dont even recommended to stay here. Ac is not good.

Broken tap small rooms
Please dont visit them its better to stay on road then tez
