Excellent front desk staff that assisted with our vacation needs. The room was spacious and clean. A great terrance with decent view outside the window. The breakfast was good. A good variety of items available with great wait staff. The wifi was not that good but did improve during the day. Maybe shared wifi. Overall great stay.

Really nice rooms. Good location.
But poor wifi, disappointing breakfast, no cupboards or drawers in room.
Do not take credit or debit cards. This is a Russian dominated tourist area.

Cannot recommend. First...
No warm but unfriendly welcome.
Most likely I was the only person checking in Tuesday August 27th at 12 Lunchtime and disturbing reception Lunch Break.
As 3 people behind reception. 1x female Manager in the back. 1x Trainee and a 3rd Person. Most unfriendly welcome I have ever ever experienced . When I wanted to give my credit card for 1000 deposit they rejected and treated me like a gangster as I did not had cash with me . No (Thai) smile at all. Trainee english skill is like my Thaiu003d very limited ????.
Big problem for them to organize a knife for me to cut a Mango.
I really was thinking to pay and leave immediately .
Location is in the middle of nowhere. I knew before but 300 baht for Taxi to Pattaya (evening with a lot of traffic) is more than expected . Next morning at check outu003d Again failure of Hotel reception when I asked for Taxi to leave this hell of Hotel. They wanted to organize for 400! (Low traffic at 10.oo am). Obviously to get their Commission paid. I have ordered a Grab for 250 than.
Think twice before you book!

I would say overpriced. Aircon noisy, breakfast not good, double bad was a tandem made of two single, pool so-so, gym - 6sqm room, instead of view you have the loundry on the rooftop... Thus technique makes blankets smell.

a great place to stay. breakfast buffet is great. the front desk is very attentive and helpful. the room was excellent with a patio and a view of the ocean. without a doubt I would stay there again.

Love the place, good pool, very good breakfast, kitchen staff was very courteous, Nid was an excellent staff in the breakfast area, it's next to the Russian market that opens in the evening and close to massage places and food...I recommend this place????

New hotel, clean for reasonable prise. Can be a little noisy if your room is close to the elevator
