Largest rooms I've seen at very reasonable price. Close to the beach. Good security and upkeep. Roof deck pool is not very deep, more of a wading pool.

Great neighborhood, convenient location adjacent to night market. 350 meters to beach. Clean and quite boutique condo. Walking distance to the beach and Pattaya park. Very quiet and clean facility.

Nice apartment but bad smell in all of them. Not expensive at least.
