A bit far from the city center but over all is alright. The quality of the condos is acceptable.
With that being said, the average prices for the condos is much lower comparing to condos and hotels located closer to Central Festival and Night bazar.
Plenty of food shops around which makes up for the cons.

Nice modern apartment. Friendly staff, an okay gym, swimming pool on ground level and small swimming pool on roof. Great rooftop patio with lounging chairs for tanning and decent view of the ocean.

Very quiet place for a relaxing stay. Best apartment is in building A on the top floor facing the ocean. Very nice view only from this side on 8th floor. Very professional and friendly staff.

Bolstered by the past successes of “Park Royal 1” and “Park Royal 2” in South Pattaya back in early 2009 and 2011 respectively, the Developer namely Heights Holdings Co.,Ltd then went on to complete “Park Royal 3” on Pratumnak Hill back in 2012.

Nice apartments, basic and clean. Nice staff, but no views, no pool really and no gym.
